Kristy O'Leary, Decade Impact

Kristy O’Leary is a multidisciplinary creative and impact consultant dedicated to supporting business transformation. As founder and chief strategist of Decade Impact, she has helped countless companies improve their practices and over 100 to achieve B Corp certification. A champion of the B Corp movement since 2013, Kristy’s expertise spans impact measurement, policy development, team education, and design thinking. Her global experience—from impact reporting in Central
America to consulting in North Africa—combines systems thinking, foresight, and futuring practices to align profit with social and environmental impact. Rooted in a background of public art, activism, marketing, and advertising, she takes a multifaceted approach to impact consulting. As a B Corp Ambassador and friend of the movement, Kristy continues to drive the global B Corp movement forward.
