    Wise Indigenous Human Resources Practices & Ways Training Program (WIHR)

    The Wise Indigenous Human Resources Practices & Ways Training Program (WIHR) is a two-day training program designed to provide participants with a solid foundation of Human Resources Practices and Ways with an intentional Indigenous focus.

    This training program incorporates Indigenous perspectives and values while covering essential topics such as workforce planning and organizational growth, recruitment, selection, and hiring, onboarding and orientation, recognition, appreciation, and performance management. The curriculum is tailored to accommodate 20-30 learners and is divided into four half-day sessions, ensuring a dynamic and interactive learning experience.
