This meeting will include: 

• To announce the four (4) elected Directors for a two (2) year term.
• To receive and consider the audited financial statements of AFOA BC for the year ended March 31, 2026 and the report of the Board of Directors.
• To conduct such further or other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
